For the 3rd consecutive year, Graber Post Buildings, Montgomery, Indiana, has been recognized as one of the top 100 construction supply companies in the nation, making ProSales Magazine’s “ProSales 100”. This year, Graber Post Buildings placed 41st overall, up 2 spots from last year, and GPB is one of just 2 Indiana companies listed in the Top 100.
The “ProSales 100” is the premier report on construction supply companies that garner more than half their revenues from professional builders. Large operations that cater primarily to retail customers are excluded, thus making it possible to examine more accurately the pro-oriented side of the lumber and building materials industry.
“We are pleased to again be ranked in the ProSales top 100”, said Jonathan Graber, Vice President and Operations Chief at GPB”. “This ranking is a reflection of the trust our customers have in Graber Post Buildings and the products we supply. It also reflects on the quality of the employees we have at GPB and the work they do. I also believe this shows we’re a large player in the national market and we continue to look to expand and grow our company with great products and services”.
The annual report found that the top 100 companies combined to sell a total of nearly $23 Billion worth of goods in 2009. Graber Post employs approximately 150 people, and they manufacture and/or distribute nearly every piece of material needed for a post frame structure or metal roofing project. The company’s owner and founder is Glen S. Graber who began the business in 1973 in the Amish / Mennonite area of northern Daviess County, Indiana.
